Please remember to review and update your nomination of beneficiary.

It’s a good idea to review your nominated beneficiaries’ details every two years or whenever your circumstances change – so that we know your wishes, if you were to die before taking your benefits. It means we would be able to make payment quickly and without additional distress to your loved ones.

If you’re a DB member and don’t have a spouse or civil partner but wish to nominate a dependant, you’ll also need to complete a separate dependant’s nomination.

Updating your beneficiaries and dependants is easy. You can:

  • log in via My Account and go to Nominations
  • download a nomination form and complete and send this to the Scheme administrator (EQ)
  • download a dependant's form and complete and send this to the Scheme administrator (EQ)
